In my book you will read about the Less Than Real, a term one of my Dark Side parts, Shannon, came up with. It is the amazing place of imagination which worked wonders for the various parts of me that never had a healthy life in the Real. Healing occurred in the LTR as many of my parts, that had no opportunity to grow up, were able to have life experiences that would otherwise not be possible. The Less Than Real also allowed a safe place for my very young parts to be nurtured.
